Our Routine service involves tests like Insulation Resistance, Secondary / Primary Current Injection of Electro-Mechanical or Neumerical type Protection Relays, High Voltage Pressure tests of XLPE HT Cables, Breaker Protection Release Tests, Contact Resistance Measurement, Measurement of Voltage Drops, Heat-Run Tests, Breaker Time Interval, Operation of TR-DG Automatic Changeover Logic, Logging, Monitoring & Maintening of RMS Parameters, which are helpful to find out the performance level of the electrical system.

In order to Achieve and Maintain Appropreate Protections from the system and to avoid Nuisance Trippings, we use to carry out entire mechanical as well as Electrical Preventive Maintenance of Switchgears like ACBs, VCBs, SF6 Circuit Breakers, RMUs, MOCBs, BOCBs as per Proper Checklist and Service Reports, as a part of Annual Maintenance Contract.

For Balanced and Smooth functioning of the Electrical System, we undertake Routine Maintenance of HV & LV Panels to avoid Over Heatings on the joints, contacts, Terminal, Major Voltage Drops, severe Abnormalities and Faults, in order to improve the durability of the system. In view to maintain the low Power Consumptions with heavy inductive load pattern, Automatic Power Factor Control Panels are playing the Major role in Electrical systems. We support to customers to maintain the Power Factor Unity by Periodic inspection visits by checking the Components like Capacitors, Contactors, APFC relays, Fuses, Switchgears etc.

Power Transformer is an unavoidable part in the HT substations to LV Distribution Networks. Transmission and Distribution netwoks can not be completed without Power Transformers. We undertake AMCs of Dry Type as well as Oil cooled Transformers, in which oil filteration and testing is the main concern, in veiw to increase Durability of Transformer. Due to the old Gaskets or Cork sheets, oil leakage problem is oftenly found . We provide complete solution for Dry Type & Oil based Transformer with their operational tests of Protection Systems like Buchholz, WTI, OTI, MOGs, PRVs, Digital Temperature Controllers, On Load Tap Changers etc. Apart from the the Maintenance of Protection Systems, we carry out Routine Tests of Transformer which includes Insulation Resistance, Voltage Ratio, Magnetic Balance, Magnetizing Current, Vector Group, Winding Resistance test etc. The Periodical, Physical check of Transformer and its terminations is the major part of Transformer Routine Maintenace. The checking healthyness of circuitory operational test of Temperature Protection Relays, Buchholz relays and other Protection relays to tripping switchgear is one of the part of routine service maintenance.
