What We Do?

We also carry out extensive & comprehensive reconditioning / up gradation / modification of all types of hydraulic cylinders which includes Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinders, Extra Long Hydraulic Cylinders and Hydraulic Cylinders with Vintage / outdated design where components and parts are not available.

The machine shop consists of CNC, VMC, Long Length Piston Rod turning & threading CNC Lathe, Vertical & Horizontal Honing Machines, Drilling Machines & all types of Welding as per specified standards with WPS & PQR qualifications.

We have a commendable quality department & team having all latest inspection equipments including CMM, assuring guaranteed quality as per drawings.

Adding to this is a 15 year experienced Deephole Drilling shop capable of drilling & boring bores ID up to 420 mm & 10 mtr lengths in almost all types of ferrous and non ferrous material. The deephole drilling shop is extremely good for large volumes of drilled jobs which also can be honed in house.
